AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT SAYBROOK POINT INN MARINA & SPA
Heather and Josh’s engagement session at Saybrook Point Inn in Old Saybrook, Connecticut was absolutely stunning! We lucked out with the most wonderful golden light that evening as the sun dipped behind the inn. For a little while now, I had been hoping to one day have the chance to photograph a couple’s engagement or wedding portraits on a boat. As we were planning the details of their session a few months back, Heather and Josh made my photography dreams come true when they told me they wanted engagement photos at the marina where they had their boat!
We started off together strolling along the dock at Saybrook Point Inn, chatting about their wedding plans and stopping for every bit of dreamy light we could get! For two people who said they were nervous to have their engagement photos taken, Josh and Heather were total naturals in front of my camera! One quick outfit change later, these guys climbed aboard and cuddled up together, making for some of my favorite portraits of the evening!
These two are getting married next October at Guilford Yacht Club in Guilford, Connecticut and we’re honored to be a part of their coastal wedding celebration! Congratulations Heather and Josh!!
