Most importantly, review their portfolio to see if their style aligns with your brand’s aesthetic.
HOW DO YOU APPROACH STORYTELLING THROUGH IMAGES?
Brand photography is more than just pretty pictures—it's about telling a story. Your photos should resonate with your audience and communicate your brand's values. Ask your photographer how they incorporate storytelling into their shoots. How do they plan to capture the essence of your brand? What kind of pre-shoot research do they do?
WHAT IS YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS?

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME & EDITING POLICY?
Timing can be critical, especially if you have a specific launch date or marketing campaign in mind. Make sure to ask how long it will take to receive the final images after your brand photoshoot. Also, discuss their revision policy—how many edits are included, and how long do those revisions take?
WHAT IMAGE RIGHTS DO I RECEIVE?
Image rights, often referred to as licensing or usage rights, outline how and where photographs can be used legally. Clients need to obtain image rights from their photographer for a variety of reasons.
