What Are Image Rights?

Without these rights, clients may find themselves in legal hot water for unauthorized use of copyrighted material, and trust me, no one wants that!

Why are Image Rights Needed?

Clients need to obtain image rights from their photographer for a variety of reasons. Licensing agreements often outline the specifics of how the photographer’s images can be used by their clients. These agreements can cover topics such as:

Where and how will the images be used (e.g., website, social media, print materials)?
