I always love connecting with new Connecticut wedding vendors who I’ve never worked with before, and photographing Loreta for her branding session was just that! Loreta is the owner and floral designer behind Loreta Daka Floral Boutique, a wedding and event florist based in Shelton, Connecticut. Though Loreta and I haven’t had the chance to work on a wedding together yet (as of the time this blog post was written), I know any of my couples would enjoy her designs and warm personality!

When I walked into Loreta’s studio last month, the aroma of fresh flowers immediately filled the air. My eyes were instantly drawn to the various vases and bins around that room that were overflowing with lush, beautiful florals and greenery (if you know me, you know that florals are some of my favorite details to photograph on a wedding day!).
