Our collaboration is a partnership. We value your input and feedback and will work closely with you to produce a collection of images that showcase your business, products, and services. Together, we'll create imagery that authentically represents who you are and what your business stands for.

We’ve made our brand photography options simple and easy. All collections include private online galleries with digital images, as well as the option to upgrade to special offerings. The Process (Brand Details)

Discovery Call

No two businesses are alike, and neither are their branding needs. After you inquire, we'll schedule a call and have a detailed consultation to discuss your brand, your goals, and your vision. This allows us to understand your unique style and create a customized plan that aligns with your brand identity.

Book Your Session Date

Having the opportunity to connect with other business owners is something we’ve always enjoyed, and we’re grateful to be a small part in your journey of success! To book a date for your personal brand session, we will send you a contract to sign and instructions on how to finalize your retainer payment. When we’ve received both of those items, you’ll officially be on our calendar!

Strategic Session Planning

Based on our consultation, we'll develop a strategic plan for your branding session which focuses on capturing imagery that speaks directly to your target audience. Whether you're a solopreneur, a small business owner, or a corporate executive, we'll ensure that every image we create resonates with your audience and communicates your brand message effectively.

The Brand Session

On the day of your brand session, we'll work closely with you to ensure that every aspect of the shoot is executed to perfection. We’re flexible and adaptable throughout the process, as we understand that things like props, timing, poses, and more may need to be adjusted on set. Together, we'll create imagery that authentically represents who you are and what your business stands for.

The Brand Session Gallery

After your final photographs have been edited, we’ll deliver them to you in a private online gallery. You’ll be able to download the photos from your gallery directly to your computer for use on your website, social media platforms, email list, and more!

QUESTIONS

Where can I use these photos?

Anywhere that suites your business! Many of our clients have used their brand photos on everything from LinkedIn profiles to Instagram, About pages, Facebook ads, and more. During our discovery call we'll get a better feel for how you're thinking of using your photos, and our approach to your session will be tailored from there.

I'm not sure where to have my brand session take place. Can you recommend some locations?

If your office isn't ideal for photos, we can brainstorm some alternate locations or venue rental options together.

What is included in the brand collections?

Each of our brand collections includes a private online gallery, digital images with download permissions, and a commercial use license.

When will my photos be delivered?

Galleries are generally delivered 6-8 weeks after your session date. If you need your images sooner, earlier delivery times can be accomodated for an additional fee.

How do I know which collection is right for me?

This is also something we'll chat about on our discovery call! Once I've heard more about what your photographic needs are, I'll be able to recommend a collection that will best suite your goals. To receive more information on our brand collections, please fill out our Brand Inquiry Form.

I love your work! How do I get on your calendar?

If you're ready to move forward after our call, we'll send you a contract and booking instructions. When we've received your signed contract and retainer payment, we can start planning the details of your brand session!

I don’t feel photogenic and I'm not sure how to pose. Can you make me look like the people on your website?

We promise you're not the only one who feels this way! Many of the clients you see on our website felt the same way you do and shared their concerns with us. We don’t expect you to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera; we guide you every step of the way. Simply bring the passion you have for your business and we’ll take care of the rest!

Do you travel?

Yes! We love to travel, especially if our photography is bringing us to new places. All brand sessions taking place in New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey have a flat travel fee of $300. Sessions taking place in Boston have a $500 travel fee. For other destinations, we’d be happy to provide you with a custom travel quote. In general, our travel fees work out to be the cost of a flight, car, hotel, and per diem.

Do you have liability insurance?

We’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance if needed.

Can you make recommendations for hair, makeup, and other vendors?

We're happy to make recommendations for like-minded vendors who will take great care of you.
