Client Referral Program | Shaina Lee Photography

Happy Friday! Today I am very excited to introduce my Client Referral Program to all of my wonderful current and past (and future!) clients!  I don't want to brag, but I really do get to work with some of the most beautiful people.  I love gifting these wonderful souls with little surprises, especially when they have helped me out!  I figured this is the perfect time to take my gift giving to the next level with each referral that is sent my way from my fabulous clients!

I believe it is SO important to print your photos, rather than just letting them sit on a USB or hard drive for all of eternity.  After all, isn't that why we invest in photography in the first place?  There's nothing like beautiful wall displays showcasing a rich collection of wedding and family portraits around your home!  It's this that helped me decide on the perfect gifts for my clients.

Here is how the Shaina Lee Photography Client Referral Program works:

Let's say I have a couple, Jen and Will, whose wedding I photographed when they got married a few years back.  Will's sister, Lisa, is now engaged, and is searching for a wedding photographer for her Connecticut wedding next year.  Jen and Will recommend Shaina Lee Photography to Lisa and her fiancé, who decide to book their wedding date with me after their consultation.  As a thank you gift to Jen and Will, I would gift them 16x20 canvas gallery wrap with the image of their choice, whether it be from their engagement session, wedding day, or (any other previous session they booked with me), or a $50 print credit toward professional prints and products.

After Jen and Will got married, they decided to start a family of their own.  They booked a maternity session with me about a month before Jen was due.  One of their friends saw the sneak peek photos on Facebook, and asked Jen who her photographer was.  Jen and Will once again sent their friend my way, who decided to book a family lifestyle session with me.  As another thank you to Jen and Will, I would gift them an 8x10 ready-to-hang metal print with another image of their choosing, or a $25 print credit toward professional prints and products .

Three kids and two dogs later, Jen and Will's family is complete.  They book me for an in-home family documentary session, which Jen's sister viewed sneak peeks from on Instagram.  Jen sends her sister to meet with me, who decides to book an in-home family documentary session with me to photograph her and her husband.  As another thank you to Jen and Will, I'd gift them with an 11x14 ready-to-hang metal print with any photo of their choice, or a $35 print credit toward professional prints and products.

Are Jen and Will amazing people or what?!  ;)  With each referred client that ultimately books* a wedding, lifestyle or documentary session with me, the referring client will receive a generous thank you gift.

So now you're thinking, we'll that's all well and good Shaina, but what exactly is a canvas float wrap?  It's similar to a canvas gallery wrap, except instead of hanging flush against your wall, it is backed with a board (which acts as the bracket) that allows the image to hang extended from the wall, giving the appearance that your image is floating.  Canvas float wraps make a wonderful addition to a gallery wall filled with family photos, or a beautiful focal point in any room.
